Fair Lawn NJ 2nd alarm, 17-20 Well Dr. 04-11-16

At just around 12:30 on April 11th, 2016, Fair Lawn Fire Dept responded to 17-20 Well Dr. for a reported house fire. On arrival of the first chief officer he reported heavy smoke showing from the house, upon further investigation he reported heavy fire from the D side of the house and requested a 2nd alarm. Arriving co's entered the structure and quickly knocked down the main body of fire, searches were conducted as the truck opened the roof. The search was negative and the attic was clear and the fire was placed under control in approximately 30 minutes with no injuries. The cause is believed to be electrical in nature.
