Paterson NJ 2nd alarm, 178 Fulton St, 01-7-18

At around 23:30 on January 7th, 2018, Paterson NJ Fire Alarm transmitted a box for a possible fire at 178 Fulton St. On arrival a 2nd alarm was requested due to heavy fire on the 1st floor of a 2.5 story dwelling. Within 20 minutes, Deputy 1 pulled all members out of the building due to heavy fire showing from both the 1st and 2nd floors extending into the attic. With numerous hand lines and 1 ladder pipe in operation heavy fire broke through the roof. At 02:00 command reported fire conditions still exist and crews are rotating through rehab. At 03:05, the fire was placed under control.
