Paramus NJ General Alarm, 164 Village Circle West. 06-17-22

At just before 05:00 on June 17th 2022, Paramus NJ Fire Dept responded to a reported house fire at 164 Village Circle West. While enroute, companies were advised that PD patrol units on scene were reporting a working fire. On arrival of fire units, the home, a large 2.5 story frame dwelling was fully involved in fire. A 2.5" hand line and a deck gun were quickly put into operation as command requested mutual aid to the scene. All occupants were confirmed out of the home as fire broke through the roof and some local collapses started to occur. Members were not permitted to enter the building due to the volume of fire and condition of the fire building. One tower ladder, 2 ladder pipes, 1 deck gun and several hand lines were put into operation and the fire was placed under control at around 07:10. No injuries were reported and the fire is under investigation.
